BOBOTA/CERIC, March 2 (Hina) - After a break of four months, the Croatian Government's Commission for Detained and Missing Persons on Thursday continued to conduct exhumations of victims of the Serb aggression in the eastern Croatian
county of Vukovar-Srijem. So far, two bodies have been exhumed. In Bobota region, near the eastern Croatian town of Vukovar, the remains of one persons have been exhumed from a location were residents bury perished animals. According to president of the Commission for Missing and Detained Persons Ivan Grujic, there are indications that the locations hides a mass grave, and trial exhumations will be continued. In Ceric, near the eastern Croatian town of Vinkovci, the remains of another person, who is still to be identified, have been exhumed. Grujic said he held talks with representatives of Republika Srpska on the take over of the remains of Croatian Homeland War soldiers

on Thursday continued to conduct exhumations of victims of the Serb
aggression in the eastern Croatian county of Vukovar-Srijem.
So far, two bodies have been exhumed. In Bobota region, near the
eastern Croatian town of Vukovar, the remains of one persons have
been exhumed from a location were residents bury perished animals.

Persons Ivan Grujic, there are indications that the locations hides
a mass grave, and trial exhumations will be continued.
In Ceric, near the eastern Croatian town of Vinkovci, the remains of
another person, who is still to be identified, have been exhumed.
Grujic said he held talks with representatives of Republika Srpska
on the take over of the remains of Croatian Homeland War soldiers
killed in Posavina in 1992. An exhumation of about ten homeland war
soldiers is to take place in the near future, Grujic said and added
that the families of the killed soldiers would be informed of this.
So far, the remains of 3,117 victims of the Serb aggression have
been exhumed in Croatia, of which 2,466 persons have been
identified. Another 1,641 persons are still considered missing, of
which 800 are from Vukovar-Srijem County.
