WASHINGTON, Feb 10 (Hina) - Representatives of Albania, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Macedonia, and Romania on Thursday signed a memorandum on understanding by which the countries established a steering committee for trade
and transportation in Southeast Europe, the World Bank reported in Washington. Representatives of the six countries signed an agreement in Skopje. This is the first document made within the Stability Pact. The Committee aims at ensuring the decrease of expenses of the international transportation and trade and at the same time the committee will prevent black market and corruption. The entire project is worth about US$145 million. The six countries will ensure US$18 million, the European Union will contribute with US$50 million, while the United states Government will donate about US$9 million. The rest of the money will come from the loans of the World Ba
