BELGRADE, Dec 26 (Hina) - The Serbian Minister of Energetics, Goran Novakovic, said on Wednesday the future buyer of the Yugoslav oil company 'Beopetrol' would not have any obligations towards the Croatian oil industry INA, on whose
petrol stations in Serbia the Belgrade oil company was formed. Whoever buys Beopetrol is relieved of any obligations towards INA. Should INA win the lawsuit against Beopetrol, the Serbian government will pay possible compensation, Novakovic told reporters in Novi Sad.
