Atlantska plovidba, Hilton and Austrian company Strabag, which is also the majority shareholder, signed an agreement on regulating joint affairs, an agreement handing management over to Hilton for the next 20 years, and an agreement with the Austrian Erste Bank on a 25 million mark loan, Atlantska plovidba management board chairman, Ante Jerkovic, said. The total value of the project is 49.5 million German marks. The costs of construction is 38 million, while the remaining funds will be used to cover accompanying costs.
