THE HAGUE, Dec 14 (Hina) - The International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia on Friday confirmed that it decided to temporarily release four Muslim military commanders, suspected of war crimes against Bosnian Croats, until
the beginning of the trial. The decision on the release of general Safer Halilovic, who is already on his way to Bosnia, was passed by an ICTY trial chamber, headed by British judge Richard May, while the decision on the temporary release of generals Enver Hadzihasanovic and Mehmed Alagic and Lieutenant Colonel Amir Kubura was passed by a trial chamber led by German judge Wolfgang Schomburg.
