ZAGREB, Nov 28 (Hina) - The Croatian Privatisation Fund (HFP) on Tuesday published an invitation for the submission of bids for the purchase of shares in 14 hotel and tourism companies, in which the state is the majority owner. The
invitation for bids was published in all Croatian dailies and the international edition of the Financial Times. Among the 14 companies, HTP "Imperijal" d.d. has the highest initial price. The HFP seeks DM63 million for 49.6 percent of the shares. The company has 370 employees. Also offered for sale are the shares of "Suncani Hvar" hotel, "Makarska" hotel, "Zivogosce" hotel, "Jelsa" hotel and the "Vodicarka" d.d. company from the southern Croatian town of Vodice.
