BELGRADE, Nov 25 (Hina) - Serbian Justice Minister Vladan Batic on Sunday asked on the Hague-based international war crimes tribunal chief prosecutor, Carla del Ponte, to "disable the participation of (Kosovo Albanian leaders) Hashim
Taqi and Ramush Hardinaj in the formation of the government and authorities" in Kosovo. In an open letter sent to del Ponte, Minister Batic cited UN Security Council Resolution 1244 on Kosovo and the Rambouillet Agreement which "forbid the participation in political life of those who committed terrorist acts". Batic claims that "Kosovo Albanian leaders are connected with Osama bin Laden's terrorists". "If you fail to react urgently, they will continue their bloody feast, and then the elections, guarantees and promises of September 11 will be in vain," Batic said in the letter.(hina) lml
