TRIESTE, Nov 22 (Hina) - There are no major hurdles to signing a Croatian-Italian friendship and cooperation agreement, Italian Foreign Minister Renato Ruggiero told Croatian reporters in Trieste, Italy on Thursday, adding his
country's position was clear - signed agreements have to be implemented. In a separate statement, Croatian counterpart Tonino Picula said the friendship and cooperation agreement had been harmonised, and voiced hope it would be signed soon, unless some problems occurred. The two chiefs of diplomacy were unable to meet today due to other commitments. Picula said he would talk to Ruggiero later in the evening or tomorrow and invite him again to visit Zagreb.
