flour-like substance. Zagreb police spokeswoman Stanka Saraja confirmed an NSB librarian opened a letter containing a sticky substance in the library's post room at 0815 hours. Suspecting anthrax spores, she called the police, which sealed off the room, while Public Health Institute staff took samples. According to NSB security head Damir Slijepcevic, the letter arrived from the National University Library of England. The results of the analysis will be known in two days' time.
