ZAGREB, Nov 13 (Hina) - World Bank experts, who were visiting Croatia between September 15 and 19, positively assessed the implementation of reforms in the health care system, in which the World Bank has invested US$29 million. The
director of the project, Stipe Oreskovic told Hina he expected the health care reform to be completed by late 2003. Oreskovic reiterated a lot of money was being spent for the health care, and added that the highest level of the health protection was poor. He concluded it was necessary to change the way of paying the basic health protection, hospitals and medicine supplies. The Croatian parliament is scheduled to discuss the health care reform at tomorrow's session.(hina) it sb
