During tomorrow's 24-hour strike, at least ten percent of the HP

The Croatian Post Trade Union and the National Union of the Croatian
Post Workers organised the strike because the Maritime,
Communications and Transportation Ministry said yesterday it
cannot determine the date of the signing of the collective
agreement, which was a condition, set by the trade unions.
Unionists believe that 40 days which passed since the adjustment of
the collective agreement was enough time for the signing of the
agreement.
The content of the agreement, negotiations of which lasted 16
months, is within the framework of the government's decision on
cuts in salaries in public and state services, therefore there is no
reason why the agreement should not be signed, the unionists
believe.
