The building of a section of the Istrian highway and the Zagreb-Macelj highway will be based on a concession model if the government adopts changed projects, the minister said, adding said model meant there would be no financial or guarantee burden on the state. Works on the Zagreb-Split motorway will be financed with funds allocated to Croatia in the succession to the ex-Yugoslav federation, road tolls, and compensation for the sale of petrol products in the amount of ten lipa per litre of fuel, it was said during today's presentation of the project.
