MOSTAR, Oct 8 (Hina) - The newly-elected president of the Croatian Democratic Union of Bosnia-Herzegovina (HDZ BiH), Ante Jelavic, appeared before the Sarajevo Canton Court for the third time on Monday. During the hearing Jelavic's
attorney Josip Muselimovic requested that the panel of judges proclaim the court incompetent to conduct this case. Jelavic and six associates are suspected of jeopardising Bosnia's territorial integrity by forming interim Croat self-government and undermining the country's defence and military power. If the court decides to act in line with positive legal regulations, it will proclaim itself incompetent. Monday. During the hearing Jelavic's attorney Josip Muselimovic
requested that the panel of judges proclaim the court incompetent
to conduct this case.
