PODGORICA, Sept 12 (Hina) - Montenegrin President Milo Djukanovic said after talks with Yugoslav President Vojislav Kostunica on Wednesday that relations between the two members of the Yugoslav federation are unsatisfactory. "We
agreed that relations between Montenegro and Serbia are not at a satisfactory level, and should be improved in a democratic fashion, while existing problems should be overcome in a political way," Djukanovic told reporters. He cited differences in views to solutions of future relations between the two sides, and said he advocated the idea of the future of the two republics lying on the independence and international and legal subjectivity of both republics, which did not exclude the possibility of the two being allies.
