ZAGREB, Sept 9 (Hina) - Financial Times' monthly The Banker declared Zagrebacka Banka (ZABA) the best Croatian bank for the second year running. Franjo Lukovic, head of the ZABA Board of Directors, received the award at a reception
held in London Tuesday. The Banker's yearly awards - for the best banks in 120 countries across the world, the bank with the best technological achievement in modern business, the best global bank, as well as the best bank in each of the seven continents - are prestigious awards, in recognition of financial transaction indicators, innovative solutions, and the application of the modern technology. According to those criteria, ZABA was recognised as the leading Croatian bank, and was included among the 300 leading European banks, at the 198th place.(hina) js
