BELGRADE, Sept 9 (Hina) - The Yugoslav Army confirmed on Sunday the international peacekeepers (KFOR) had started using Yugoslavia's territory as a transit rout for the supply of its forces in the southern Yugoslav province of Kosovo.
The Yugoslav Army did not specify when the KFOR started to use this corridor. Yugoslav Army officials, however, stressed that so far, the contingents of Russian, Slovak, Ukrainian, Turkish and Finnish forces had crossed the Yugoslav territory in order to reach Kosovo. KFOR spokesman Roy Brown told the Belgrade-based news agency Beta only members of Finland's contingent crossed Yugoslavia's territory, stressing the members of other KFOR contingents would use this rout in the future.(hina) it
