Wreaths were then laid by delegations of the war veterans' ministry, the army's third district, Sibenik-Knin County, the town of Knin, and county police. A mass was also celebrated. "We cannot leave the generations to come a worse Croatia than we found, we cannot leave our successors debts, economic and social crises, so we must implement in full the plans to solve these problems," Racan said at the celebration.
