THE HAGUE, July 24 (Hina) - The spokeswoman of the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia's (ICTY) Prosecutor's Office, Florence Hartmann, said in The Hague on Tuesday that the tribunal practice was to confirm the
surrender of indictees from secret indictments only after they were physically handed over to the ICTY, which was when the context of the indictment would be made public. secret indictments only after they were physically handed over to
