government's Commission for Borders, Olga Kresovic Rogulja, and Slovene counterpart Miha Pogacnik initialled an agreement on borders between the two countries in Otocec ob Krki, Slovenia, on Friday, sources close to the Croatian delegation told Hina. The two countries' prime ministers, Croatia's Ivica Racan and Slovenia's Janez Drnovsek, on Thursday announced the agreement would be initialled, after both governments okayed drafts of agreements on borders and the jointly-owned Krsko nuclear power plant. Racan said on Thursday the Croatian government had decided the PM should sign the border agreement following its "evaluation" in parliament. The agreement would then be forwarded into parliament for ratification, "if that stage is reached at all," Racan said He confirm
