ZAGREB, July 9 (Hina) - The United States strongly supports a decision of the Croatian government to comply with a request of the International Criminal Tribunal for former Yugoslavia (ICTY), Lawrence Rossin, the American ambassador
in Croatia, said on Monday after meeting the Croatian President, Stjepan Mesic. This decision will additionally strengthen the U.S. and international support to Croatia, said Rossin. He conveyed his government's strong acknowledgment and satisfaction with the Croatian government's decision to fulfill its international obligations and comply with the request of The Hague-based ICTY.
