deluding of people. A referendum on Bosnia's third entity was announced as a possibility yesterday night by the central committee of the Croatian Democratic Union of Bosnia-Herzegovina (HDZ BiH). To establish a third entity is illegal and contrary to the Constitution, and would thus lead the people in a false direction, Benes asserted. She called on the government of Herzegovina-Neretva Canton to harmonise the cantonal budget, to which the HDZ is opposed.
