President Vojislav Kostunica reiterated on Saturday that he had not been informed on time about the extradition of ex-Yugoslav head of state Slobodan Milosevic to the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia (ICTY) in The Hague. The statement only escalated a conflict within the DOS ruling coalition, deepening a crisis which started with disagreements in the federal government over a decree on cooperation with the ICTY, and was further exacerbated on Friday with the resignation of the federal Prime Minister, Zoran Zizic. Kostunica claims he received first official information on the government's decision on Milosevic's extradition at exactly 19.15 hours, even though the government's session was held at 16.00 hours. He added the official report
