ZAGREB, June 26 (Hina) - The Croatian Tourism Ministry has presented on its web site (www.mint.hr) a document on possibilities for investment into the Croatian tourism sector through privatisation, including a list of companies
available for privatisation with a state share of more than 25 percent.

presented on its web site (www.mint.hr) a document on possibilities
for investment into the Croatian tourism sector through
privatisation, including a list of companies available for
privatisation with a state share of more than 25 percent. #L#
Potential investors have been offered two models of privatisation -
the purchase of the companies' shares or the purchase of the real
estate of the companies undergoing privatisation.
The list includes 65 hotel companies, of which 57 are from Adriatic
counties, seven from the continental part of Croatia and one from
the City of Zagreb. The state share in these companies ranges
between 22.70 and 97.67 percent.
The value of the companies' stock capital is 845.46 million euros
while the value of the state portfolio is 510.05 million euros
(60.33 percent). The listed companies include 192 hotel complexes,
17 apartment settlements, seven hotel-apartment buildings, 18
boarding houses, 26 camps, one marina, 84 small catering facilities
and 56 other facilities.
