PRISTINA, June 22 (Hina) - On Thursday another 1,700 refugees moved from Macedonia to Kosovo, the UN High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) reported on Friday. A spokeswoman for the UNHCR mission in Kosovo said the biggest number of
refugees in the last 24 hours had come from the village of Radusa, north-east of Skopje. Spokeswoman Astrid van Genderen Stort said the latest wave of refugees ensued after a short lull while truce had been holding. There are now about 52,000 people who have fled Macedonia and sought shelter in Kosovo. The reception centres are already overcrowded.(hina) ms
