PULA PULA, June 17 (Hina) - Djordje Balasevic, a popular composer-singer from Novi Sad, Yugoslavia, on Saturday evening held a concert in the Croatian coastal town of Pula. This was Balasevic's come-back to Croatian stages after a
ten-year-long break.

The four-hour-long concert before 10,000 visitors had a
humanitarian purpose, and the proceeds of 745,000 kuna
(approximately 186,000 German marks) will go for the purchase of
the up-to-date equipment for a local hospital.
During the concert the Pula Hospital's head, Doctor Lems Jerin,
thanked Balasevic and the audience for this great event.
At the end of the concert this pop singer gave three encores.
