PODGORICA, June 3 (Hina) - Podgorica's daily Dan reported in its Sunday's issue Serbia's Prime Minister Zoran Djindjic ordered a ban on Croatia's weekly Nacional and the Dan daily for their writing about crimes in which the prime
minister himself was allegedly involved. Dan cited "reliable sources who wanted to remain anonymous" claiming Djjndjic personally handed an order to the Serbian Interior Ministry to intercept all issues of Nacional at border crossings. Sources stated "the situation with Dan is not better". "Following the prime minister's order, all issues of the daily are being removed from certain locations, and buying Dan in Serbia is proving to be a challenge," the paper states. Dan also claims an order was issued to disrupt the broadcast of the two papers' issues on the Internet.
