Under a plea bargain with the prosecutors, Sego, who was charged with involvement in the murder of at least one captured Croat civilian, is to be sentenced to five years' imprisonment.
In the event of the acceptance of the plea bargain agreement by the panel of judges in this case, Sego will read out a special statement to express his regret at having been involved in those crimes at the start of the sentencing hearing.
Bosnian Army intelligence officer Enes Handzic, who was prosecuted in a separate case, also confessed his guilt for crimes against Bugojno Croats last week.
His confession also included indications where three Bosnian Croat POWs who were killed after they were captured by Bosnian Army soldiers, might have been buried.
Handzic faces a prison sentence ranging from five to ten years.
