SARAJEVO, May 31 (Hina) - The largest majority of members of the International Police Task Force (IPTF) in Bosnia-Herzegovina are performing their duties professionally and responsibly. Individuals who are violating strict regulations
cannot jeopardise the quality of work which is being carried out under the United Nations' flag in Bosnia, the UN Mission stated. Commenting on an article by "The Washington Post" about IPTF members being suspended in the past several years for inappropriate conduct during serving the mission in Bosnia-Herzegovina, UN Mission chief Jacques Klein today stressed these were exceptions. From 1996 almost 10,000 police officers from 46 countries served in the IPTF, on which 900 arrived from the United States.
