MOSTAR, May 11 (Hina) - Members of the Croatian Defence Council (HVO), lined up in some dozen towns in Bosnia-Herzegovina where they were deployed before their self-dismissal, today said they would return to their barracks if their
requests for the preservation of the Croat army component are met, if they are restored to their duties, and if the separation of Croat soldiers and people ceases. About 90 percent of Croat soldiers turned up into formation. The HVO demands a guarantee the Croat army component in the Bosnian army will be preserved. They also demanded a cessation to integrations in the Bosnian Federation army until a political agreement on the future of Bosnian armed forces and the radicalisation and separation of the HVO. The Croat soldiers requested a start of negotiations to solve the crisis and called on international community representatives to contribute to a fair solution.(hina) lml
