Speaking at a news conference in Split, Skaric said last weekend's events were not incidents but an organised operation aimed at presenting Split as an unsafe town. Skaric said he did not approve of the way Homeland War victims had welcomed President Mesic at the Dracevac barracks, but he also could not approve of the President's reaction to the insults.
