ZAGREB ZAGREB, May 4 (Hina) - Representatives of the Zagreb-based Strabag d.o.o company, which is part of the Austrian holding Strabag, on Friday laid a foundation stone for a shopping mall to be built in downtown Zagreb. The project,
worth DEM 100 million, should be completed by 2003 and it will help open 400 new jobs, the company's representatives told a news conference. The centre will consist of an underground parking area, a shopping centre with entertainment programmes, restaurants, a four-star hotel, business offices and movie theatres. The centre will cover an area of 217,300 square metres. The Strabag company last week started negotiations with the international chain of hotels Hilton on the repair and revitalisation of Dubrovnik's Imperijal hotel. The Dubrovnik-based shipping company "Atlantska plovidba" is expected to join in the project.(hina) rml
