BUJE, May 2 (Hina) - Croatian police in Istria County arrested an Italian citizen after finding dozens of forged 100,000 Italian lire banknotes in the trunk of his car, the county police said in the northern Adriatic city of Pula on
Wednesday. The 34-year-old Italian, whose initials are F.B., was caught on April 26 circulating 13 forged banknotes of 100,000 Italian lire at a casino in the border town of Plovanija. A subsequent inspection of his car resulted in the discovery of another 46 forged banknotes in the same denomination. He has been detained at the Pula County Court investigating department.(hina) ha
