ZAGREB, April 26 (Hina) - Croatian parliament (Sabor) speaker Zlatko Tomcic said Croatia is exerting efforts to have Bosnian Croats become effectually a constitutive people, and Bosnia-Herzegovina an integral and sovereign state, the
parliament's public relations office reported Thursday. Tomcic held talks with a delegation of the Croat Coordination from Sarajevo which was founded a month ago with the aim of instigating changes to the Bosnian Federation Constitution, the adopting of a new electoral law and establishing dialogue for solving the political situation in Bosnia-Herzegovina. The parliament speaker agreed "with the stance of the Croat Coordination by stressing that Croatia's basic foreign policy goal was an effort to have Croats become effectively a constitutive people as are Bosniaks and Serbs, and to have Bosnia be affirmed as an integral, sovereign state," the issued statement said.
