The daily 'Zeri' reports that the Serbian customs service started collecting taxes on goods entering Kosovo back in February and that Serbs participating in the protests are actually protesting against Kosovo. The paper 'Bota Sot' reports that the establishment of customs control is in line with Resolution 1244 of the U.N. Security Council. The measure is aimed at increasing Kosovo's budget which loses DEM 2.7 million per week due to the lack of customs control, the paper says.(hina) rml
