ZAGREB, April 17 (Hina) - President Stipe Mesic has reproached the government for failing to achieve better results in dealing with unemployment and adopting a general development strategy. The government will need reshuffling if it
continues to perform this way, Mesic told Croatian Radio on Tuesday. Pointing to a lack of consensus, the President said the ministers must account to the prime minister and the government programme and not to the presidents of their parties.
