ZAGREB, April 15 (Hina) - Wines from the "Mladina" wine cellar, which is part of Croatia's largest producer of sparkling water, "Jamnica", have won awards at several prestigious international wine fairs this year, "Jamnica" reported.
Mladina's wines Traminac and Sauvignon have won silver medals at the Vinaly fair in Paris, which is believed to be the world's leading wine fair. Mladina's Sauvignon and Grasevina won the Gran Menzione award at the Verona fair, while Traminac won the gold and the title of the best Croatian wine at a wine fair in Ljubljana. Traminac also won an award at this year's Croatian Vinovita fair. The said exhibitions and fairs are among the most prestigious wine-evaluation events. Mladina is currently expecting the results of a Brussels wine fair, where it sent its wines for evaluation. (hina) rml
