PODGORICA, April 15 (Hina) - A Montenegrin presidential advisor, Miodrag Vukovic, said on Sunday yesterday's statement by Yugoslav President Vojislav Kostunica that Montenegro's authorities were using pressure, threats and
inflammatory language was "scandalous." Kostunica is trying to "deny what he is doing, which is what this statement confirms," Vukovic said. "Kostunica allegedly advocates a joint state and is doing all he can to prevent the establishment of democratic relations between Montenegro and Serbia," Vukovic said. The Montenegrin official said it was inadmissible for Kostunica to interfere in the election campaign in Montenegro.(hina) rml
