SKOPJE, April 12 (Hina) - The Croatian and Yugoslav Foreign Ministers, Tonino Picula and Goran Svilanovic respectively, agreed on the expansion of "contractual relations" between the two countries in Skopje on Thursday. #L# Along with a dozen other foreign ministers from South-East Europe, Picula and Svilanovic are participating in a regional meeting on stability and security in South-East Europe. The meeting is also attended by US Secretary of State Colin Powell. Picula told Croatian reporters that experts from both countries, headed by assistant foreign ministers, "will as early as this month meet in Zagreb to discuss open questions and try to bring them closer to their solution." Svilanovic said the legal framework for the resolution of open issues should be defined at the Zagreb meeting. Unlike political relations, which are still burdened with unresolved issues, the economic cooperation between Croatia and Yugoslavia is developing well, and last year's trade amounted to USD 100 million, Picula said. According to unofficial sources, Picula and Svilanovic also mentioned the issue of Prevlaka but agreed that the issue should not be discussed until the situation in Montenegro was resolved.
