WASHINGTON D.C., April 9 (Hina) - The US State Department on Monday condemned violent behaviour of individuals and groups in Herzegovina and supported all measures taken by the Office of the High Representative (OHR) and NATO-led
peacekeepers (SFOR). The State Department issued a statement warning American citizens to avoid travelling to or through Herzegovina until further notice. "There have been a number of incidents involving hostile crowds, destruction of property, and violence or threats of violence against the international community in Mostar, Tomislavgrad, Posusje, Medjugorje, Grude, Siroki Brijeg and Livno," the statement read. The statement also read that travelling to the Posavina Corridor, Travnik, Jajce, Vitez and Kiseljak was not safe either.
