ZAGREB, April 3 (Hina) - The biggest Croatian confectionery producer "Kras" increased its sale on all the markets last year. The rise of the sale of its products on the Croatian market was by 6.5 percent as against to 1999. The sale
on the markets of countries in the area of the former Yugoslavia rose by 10 percent, while it climbed by 26 percent on other markets, a member of the Kras management board, Jadranka Ivcic told Hina. The Kras management is satisfied with the results given that last year there was a fall in the protective tariffs for the import of the confectionery by 33 percent with Croatia's accession into the World Trade Organisation (WTO).(hina) ms
