SLAVONSKI BROD, March 22 (Hina) - Police in the eastern Croatian town of Slavonski Brod on Thursday stated that they found 21 foreigners aboard a bus without valid papers, travelling towards Zagreb. The police established that those
were 13 Romanian and eight Moldavian citizens. The passengers passed the Yugoslav-Croatian border illegally near the town of Lipovac from where an unknown person transported them towards Zupanja. He took 50 German marks per person for that job. In Zupanja they got on a Cazmatrans bus driving regularly from that eastern town to Zagreb. The illegal immigrants were fined and are not allowed to stay in Croatia any more.
