ZAGREB, March 20 (Hina) - A tanker, "Balu", sank this morning off the coast of Spain, in Biscay Bay. The entire crew, a dozen of which are Croatian citizens, have been rescued, the Croatian Maritime Affairs Ministry reported Tuesday
afternoon. The tanker, which was carrying sulphuric acid, sank in storm conditions with waves reaching a height of ten metres some 130 miles off of Spain's coastal town of Robade. The ship contained a crew of 23. All of them have been safely transferred onto two ships which happened to be sailing nearby. The ship is owned by the Dundee Shipping & Trading Ltd. and was sailing under the Maltese flag.(hina) lml
