ZAGREB MUSIC BIENNIAL TO BE HELD BETWEEN APRIL 20 AND 29 ZAGREB, March 17 (Hina) - The international festival of contemporary music - Zagreb's Music Biennial, known and recognised across the world, will be held between April 20 and 29
for the 21st time. The first Zagreb biennial in the new millennium will include performances by Chinese composer Tan Bun, young British composer Thomas Ades and already established musicians Peter Maxwell Davies and Peter Eoetvos. Also performing will be well known French saxophone player Claude Delangle, German Ensemble Modern, India's Trilok Gurtu, Michael Nyman and his Band, Nils Petter Molvaer "Khmer", Gilles Jobin & Group, the Slovene philharmonic orchestra, Zagreb's philharmonic orchestra, the Croatian Television symphonic orchestra, and the Budapest Opera Ensemble. Croatia will be represented by Igor Lesnik, Zagreb's guitar trio, Rucner Kvartet, Branko Mihanovic and Ljerka Ocic, and others. The first Zagre
