ZAGREB, March 5 (Hina) - The Croatian Society of Former Political Prisoners (HDPZ) on Monday condemned the verdicts the Hague war crimes tribunal for former Yugoslavia reached in the trials of Tihomir Blaskic, Dario Kordic and Mario
Cerkez, and supported the decisions of the Croat National Assembly from Mostar. In statement issued today on behalf of more than 7,800 former Croat political prisoners, the Society expressed support for "all those who stood up against the political tribunal in The Hague" and warned the Croatian authorities to not "do harm to national interests for the sake of temporary party benefits and not act as traitors toward their own people."(hina) sb rml
