PETRINJA, Feb 26 (Hina) - The British ministry of international development has provided 200,000 pounds for the reconstruction of 100 war-damaged houses in Sisak-Moslavina County, in cooperation with the international association CRS.
Part of the donation has been used for the purchase of cattle for returnees to the county, as well as for the purchase of farming machinery and other equipment for 230 families in 50 villages. The British government has also donated 60,000 kuna (approx. $7,150) for the modernisation of one section of the Petrinja radio station.
