"It was agreed that cooperation between Croatia and the SECI
initiative should strengthen, and the fact that Croatia is becoming
a centre for combating commercial fraud can significantly
contribute to the prevention of grey economy in our country,"
Bakija said.
SECI legal issues director Gabriela Konevska stressed Croatia's
customs administration was one of the best customs services in the
region and stressed she believed its cooperation with the World
Customs Union would be even better in the future, especially
regarding financial crime.
