ZAGREB/SPLIT, Feb 20 (Hina) - The Zagreb County Centres for the protection of the Croatian Homeland Defence War dignity on Tuesday organised in Zagreb the signing of a petition on calling a referendum on the adoption of a
constitutional law which would secure equal treatment for all defence war veterans such as members of all armies of western countries and members of the anti-fascist movement in Croatia have had. Organisers of the petition expect they will collect the necessary 400,000 signatures within 15 days necessary for the calling of the referendum. With the petition, the organisers say they wish to make it possible for Croatian citizens to chose whether they are for the persecution and imprisonment of members of the victorious Croatian army which waged a defence war -- which is what is completely unfamiliar to civilised countries -- or whether they would opt for the application of standards and
