Asked by reporters whether he agreed that there would be no

We are in favour of finding concrete individuals who issued orders
for the killings, arson and violence and we are in favour of their
trial before either courts in their own countries or before the
International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia in The
Hague, he said at the end of his two-day official visit to Zagreb.
