ZAGREB'S KINOTEKA ZAGREB, Jan 25 (Hina) - "The Children of Paradise", a film by Iranian director Majid Majidi, will open the Week of Iranian Film, to start at Zagreb's Kinoteka cinema on February 1. During the seven-day event, which
is part of "The Month of Iranian Culture in Zagreb," organised by the Croatian Culture Ministry and the Iranian Embassy over January and February, movie-goers will see another six more recent Iranian films. One of the more important parts of Iran's heritage is film, which in the '90s achieved huge success at international festivals. Actress Asal Badi'ie, which has the leading role in "To Be Or Not To Be" by Kianoosh Ayari, is expected to attend the presentation of the film on February 2. Also to be shown are "The Colour of Paradise" by Majidi, ""Where is Your Home Friend?" by Abbas Kiarostami, "Sara" by Darioush Mahrjul and "Maternal Love" by Kamal Tabrizi.
