ZAGREB, Jan 18 (Hina) - At Thursday's closed session the Croatian Government, chaired by Prime Minister Ivica Racan, adopted a draft law on amendments to the law on pension insurance rights for active military personnel and privileged
official personnel. The amendments are aimed at equalising the legal status of retired interior ministry and justice employees who were retired in the period between December 31, 1998 and December 8, 1999, the Government's Public and media Relations Office said in a statement. the Government discussed moved amendments to the final bill on amendments to the law on labour, and voiced negative opinion on a bill on local self-government.
